Phil has over 20 years of strategic marketing experience with an emphasis on loyalty and relationship marketing, integrated communications, partnership development, promotions and program development. He founded the loyalty practice at Loyaltyworks and led the spin-off and formation of rDialogue.
Prior to joining Loyaltyworks, Phil spent nearly four years as an independent consultant focusing on both established and emerging growth companies. Before that he was Group Vice President and General Manager of The Lacek Group, a loyalty marketing services firm now a part of OgilvyOne. While at Lacek, he established the Atlanta office and was responsible for leading the development and implementation of loyalty and relationship marketing strategies on behalf of clients such as Delta Air Lines, Cox Communications, Premiere Technologies, United Parcel Service and Iridium.
In addition to work at Lacek and in advertising, Phil has developed and managed loyalty and relationship marketing programs focused on consumers and intermediaries as a client at Midway Airlines and at GTE Wireless (now Verizon). He began his career going through Macy’s Executive Training Program.
Phil has an M.B.A. with a concentration in marketing and strategy from the A. B. Freeman School at Tulane University and a B.S. in Finance from L.S.U.
Based on the idea of responsible capitalism, Phil is involved in non-profit leadership, serving on the boards and executive committees for the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership and The Weber School, and on the boards of the Anti-Defamation League and the American Israel Chamber of Commerce.
