An analytical advisor and a vigorous advocate, Eric Vayle is a Vice President and leading tenant representative with Jones Lang LaSalle in Atlanta. He focuses his practice on the needs of US Subsidiaries of International Companies and has served clients from Europe, North and South America, and the Middle East.  Since 2003, Mr. Vayle has completed more than $200 million in real estate transactions with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Tenant Rep group and its predecessor, The Staubach Company.

International companies face additional barriers to success when competing for business in the US. Non-US firms require a deeper introduction to the US market for corporate real estate, in particular the demographics of labor and executive talent, geographic proximity to customers and target markets, and receptivity to international cultures. Moreover subsidiary executives must manage up to a parent, remote and foreign, with credibility and aplomb. Budgets, investments, and competitive actions face a different scrutiny than the average domestic business transaction.  Mr. Vayle’s expertise is in helping clients overcome these additional barriers to success.
