Benjamin Fink is a shareholder with the Atlanta law firm of Berman Fink Van Horn P.C., where he concentrates his practice on commercial, business and employment litigation, with a specific emphasis on non-compete, trade secret and other competition-related disputes.

Ben received his B.A. degree from Duke University and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.  He is a member of the State Bars of Georgia and New Jersey and the Atlanta, DeKalb, Federal and American Bar Associations, as well as the Lawyers Club of Atlanta.  He has been appointed by the Georgia Supreme Court as mentor for the Transition into Law Practice Program.

Ben serves on the Executive Committee as one of its Vice Chairmen and the Board of Directors of the American-Israel Chamber of Commerce, and is the Chairman of its Professional Committee.  He previously served on the International Planning and Allocations Committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, and serves on the Alumni Admissions Committee for Duke University.
