Matt Ficken, Business Performance Advisor at Insperity, has been a member of Conexx for three years. Being involved with the organization since 2013, he gave membership a chance, seeing the value in it helping his company to accomplish its mission of helping communities so businesses prosper.
Insperity, which outsources human resources for small business owners so they can get back to working on the business, provides cost containment strategies around healthcare, workers compensation, and 401K, as well as payroll and HR training services. “Through Conexx, I’ve been able to add value to my network by getting to know those that participate in Conexx, as well as broaden my skills and sharpen my figurative saw in the business community.”
When speaking about his favorite Conexx events, Matt said, “The Gala is a great deal of fun, but the Young Professionals events have been pretty awesome as of late. Zach Bennett and the rest of the Young Professionals orchestrated a fantastic event, which hosted over 70 people at the Atlanta Hawks game in January. The former Vice President of Customer Service, Parking & Operations discussed the use of Israeli technologies at Phillips Arena.”
“Conexx is a fantastic organization that benefits the nation of Israel, as well as the business community in the Southeast,” said Matt. “It’s a great opportunity to do business and be there for your community. I’m proud to be a member.”
