FinTech has quickly become very big business. Over $12 billion were invested by the beginning of 2015, according to a report by Accenture. Financial technology has forever changed the way people do business and with our smart phones, it is now even easier to make, accept and process payments, for example, than ever before.
Israel as FinTech Expert
It should come as no surprise that Israel is at the forefront of the FinTech revolution. Like so many other sectors, Israel’s FinTech ingenuity was born from necessity and experience in other fields like cybersecurity. Israeli FinTech institutions grew from just 90 companies in 2002 to 430 companies by 2015.
The Israeli, and for that matter, global, FinTech scene is a growing and exciting space. In partnership with the Israeli Consulate General of Israel in Atlanta and the Israel Foreign Trade Administration, Conexx is proud to present the Atlanta-Israel FinTech Innovation Conference, June 28-29.
The conference is a remarkable opportunity to match Atlanta-based international FinTech corporations with cutting-edge Israeli technology companies in fields such as card processing, electronic billing and multi-channel solutions for the banking industry to personal financial planning, data/risk analytics and anti-fraud. Meetings will be arranged in advance for Israeli companies with executives from these companies.
Join Conexx at a reception for the Atlanta-Israeli FinTech Innovation Conference on Tuesday, June 28 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Greenberg Traurig. Register here for the reception.
