Noted Israeli technology entrepreneur Zohar Levkovitz will deliver the luncheon keynote address at this year’s Professional Seminar.
Levkovitz is the Chairman of SpaceIL, a non-profit organization that has the mission to make Israel the 3rd country to land on the moon. He was also the founder and CEO of Amobee, and led the company through its recent acquisition by SingTel for $321 million. Zohar has been at the forefront of mobile and internet technology development for over 10 years. As former CTO of Comverse, he led the development and compilation of several architectures and concepts currently accepted as standards by the global telecom industry, and held several key positions in the standardization bodies. In addition, he gained experience in the online advertising arena as General Manager of Smartshopper.com and as a VP of Product Development at Hotbar.com.
Organized by AICC’s Professional Committee, the seminar, now in its 16th year, is the Chamber’s premier annual educational event. The half-day program will be held on Thursday, August 23rd, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Selig Center in Midtown Atlanta. In addition to Levkovitz’s keynote, the seminar will feature case studies, panels, and presentations on various important aspects of US-Israel business around the theme of “US Jobs and Economy: The Israel Innovation Effect”.
